AINW University is a program operated by Lyearn. Your account, enrollment, and learning activity are collected and processed by Lyearn — so your information is governed by the Lyearn Privacy Policy, the binding document for how it is handled.
At a glance
- Operated by Lyearn. AINW University runs entirely on Lyearn's platform; Lyearn collects and processes your data as the platform provider.
- What's collected. Your name, email, and account details; enrollment and payment information (payments handled by Stripe); learning activity such as module progress, assessment results, and time spent; and standard usage data like IP, browser, and device.
- How it's secured. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with role-based access, alignment to ISO/IEC 27001 principles and OWASP ASVS, and annual third-party security assessments.
- Your rights. Access, correct, export, or delete your data, restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time — email compliance@lyearn.com.
- Never sold. Lyearn does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties.
